⚠ Kling Motion Control
When you use Kling Motion Control, your data is transmitted to Kling's servers and processed under their terms. Accordingly, your data may be stored and processed on Kling's servers in accordance with Kling's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and may also be used by Kling for service improvement purposes.
⚠ Viggle Video Creation
If you select Viggle video creation and separately consent, images, videos, prompts and generated outputs needed for creation are sent to Viggle's servers for processing. This data is stored and processed under Viggle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Viggle's Privacy Policy states that material submitted or created using its API will not be used for model training or fine-tuning unless written permission is obtained beforehand.
