MemeDance Credit Policy

1. Credits

MemeDance uses one credit balance for AI image and video generation. Purchased credits, sign-up rewards and event grants can be used for the same generation features. Each grant retains its own expiration rules.

2. Expiration

Expired credits are removed and cannot be restored. A separately disclosed validity period applies where specified.

• Newly purchased credits: one year from purchase
• General sign-up rewards: three days (72 hours) by default, or the period disclosed at grant
• Events and other grants: the period disclosed at grant

3. Available Balance and Consumption

The available balance is unexpired ordinary credits minus credits reserved for ongoing generation. Eligible grants are consumed in expiration order.

Another purchase is restricted if the available balance before purchase is at least 20,000. A purchase started below 20,000 may bring the resulting balance above that amount.

4. Video Generation Costs

• Fast: 10 credits per five seconds
• Balanced: 20 credits per five seconds
• Quality: 60 credits per five seconds
• For other generation options, review the estimated cost displayed before generation. Cost changes will be announced in advance.

5. Failures and Refunds

• A system failure releases the generation reservation or restores consumed credits.
• Credits are not refunded for dissatisfaction with a successfully generated result.
• Cash and store refunds continue to follow the existing Refund Policy.

6. Restrictions

Credits belong to the account and cannot be transferred, gifted or sold. Abuse, including repeated sign-up rewards through multiple accounts, may result in restrictions on the account and credits.
