How do I use credits?
Purchased credits, sign-up rewards and event grants appear in the same balance and can be used for the same generation features. Per five seconds, Fast costs 10 credits, Balanced costs 20, and Quality costs 60. Kling starts at 80 credits per five seconds, depending on the model and mode. You can choose a duration in one-second increments, starting from three seconds, and review the estimated cost before generation. Newly purchased credits are valid for one year; rewards and other grants have their own expiration dates. Credits closest to expiry are used first. Preview-only generation and the previous tutorial have ended.
What happens if generation fails after credits were used?
If a server error or processing failure is confirmed, the credits reserved for that job are released and become available again. Credits are deducted when generation succeeds; restoration of previously deducted credits follows the existing policy.
Can I get a refund for purchased credits?
Refund requests for unused credits are usually possible within the eligible period. If the period has passed or the credits were partially used, additional review is required. For detailed criteria and contact methods, please check the Refund Policy and Credit Policy pages.
What files can I upload?
We support the following image and video formats. Recommended formats are PNG for images and MP4 for videos.
