MemeDance Terms of Paid Services

1. Acceptance of Payment Terms
By purchasing credits or any paid services on MemeDance (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Paid Services. These terms apply in addition to our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Payment Processing & Merchants of Record
Your payment is processed by different entities depending on the platform and region:
- Global Web Purchases: International and global purchases on our website are processed through our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
- Domestic Web Purchases (ROK): Payments are processed securely through designated local Payment Gateways (e.g., Toss Payments).
- In-App Purchases (IAP): Orders placed within our mobile application are processed by the respective app store provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
3. Pricing & Taxes
- Currency: Prices on the Korean website are displayed in Korean won (KRW), prices on the global website in US dollars (USD), and in-app prices in the local currency of the respective app store.
- Taxes: Web prices may exclude VAT/Tax (added at checkout). App Store prices generally include applicable taxes.
4. Pay-As-You-Go (No Subscription)
MemeDance operates on a strictly non-subscription basis.
- One-Time Payment: When you purchase a credit package, it is a one-time transaction.
- No Automatic Billing: We do not store your payment method to bill you automatically. You will never be charged unless you initiate a purchase yourself.
5. Delivery of Digital Goods
- Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment confirmation, purchased credits and purchase bonuses will be instantly added to the same credit balance. Newly purchased credits are valid for one year; expiration dates for purchase bonuses and other grants follow our Credit Policy.
- Delays: If you do not receive your credits within 30 minutes, please contact [email protected] with your receipt.
6. Refund Policy
All refund requests and consequences are governed strictly by our dedicated Refund Policy.
- By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.
- Please note that specific rules apply regarding "Refund Abuse" for In-App Purchases.
7. Chargebacks & License Revocation
For web payments, if you request a payment cancellation or chargeback directly from your card issuer or bank without contacting us first, your account will be permanently banned immediately under our fraud prevention protocols. If a problem occurs, please contact [email protected] first.
Furthermore, all commercial usage rights and copyright licenses for AI content (images and videos) generated using credits whose payment was improperly canceled or refunded are immediately and permanently revoked. Publicly using such content on YouTube, social media or other external platforms may result in copyright infringement reports (strikes) and civil or criminal legal proceedings.
