MemeDance Terms of Paid Services

1. Acceptance of Payment Terms

By purchasing credits or any paid services on MemeDance (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Paid Services. These terms apply in addition to our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Payment Processing & Merchants of Record

Your payment is processed by different entities depending on the platform and region:

• Global Web Purchases: Orders placed on our website are conducted by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
• Domestic Web Purchases (ROK): Payments are processed securely through designated local Payment Gateways (e.g., Toss Payments).
• In-App Purchases (IAP): Orders placed within our mobile application are processed by the respective app store provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

3. Pricing & Taxes

• Currency: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated by the local App Store currency settings.
• Taxes: Web prices may exclude VAT/Tax (added at checkout). App Store prices generally include applicable taxes.

4. Pay-As-You-Go (No Subscription)

• One-Time Payment: When you purchase a credit package, it is a one-time transaction.
• No Auto-Renewal: We do not store your payment method for recurring billing. You will never be automatically charged again.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

• Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment confirmation, the purchased credits (including Preview Credits) will be instantly added to your account balance.
• Delays: If you do not receive your credits within 30 minutes, please contact [email protected] with your receipt.

6. Refund Policy

All refund requests and consequences are governed strictly by our dedicated Refund Policy.

• By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.
• Please note that specific rules apply regarding "Refund Abuse" for In-App Purchases.
